Use the "Report" button on any user profile or content in the App. You can also email us directly at [email protected] for urgent matters.
Make sure you've granted location permissions to OnNext in your device settings. The App requires location access to show you nearby basketball courts.
Open the App and go to your profile. Tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, or other information.
When users check in at a court, the headcount updates in real-time. Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave to help keep counts accurate.
