How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Email us at [email protected] with details about the issue, including your device type and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the App settings under "Account" → "Delete Account". If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?

Use the "Report" button on any user profile or content in the App. You can also email us directly at [email protected] for urgent matters.

Why can't I see my location on the map?

Make sure you've granted location permissions to OnNext in your device settings. The App requires location access to show you nearby basketball courts.

How do I update my profile information?

Open the App and go to your profile. Tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, or other information.

How do live headcounts work?

When users check in at a court, the headcount updates in real-time. Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave to help keep counts accurate.
