- Authentication (sign-in)

Expo/EAS:
- App distribution and updates
- Push notifications

Location Permission:
- You can grant or deny location access in your device settings
- The App requires location access to function properly
- You can stop sharing your location by checking out from a court
Background Location (iOS):
- We do not collect location in the background unless you're actively checked in
Stopping Location Sharing:
- Check out from courts to stop sharing your location
- Disable location permissions in device settings (will limit App functionality)
5. Data Retention
Account Data:
- We retain your account information for as long as your account is active
- If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days
Messages and Content:
- Chat messages are retained for the duration of your account
- Deleted messages may remain in backups for up to 90 days
Location Data:
- Real-time location is not permanently stored
- Check-in history is retained for analytics (anonymized after 90 days)
Legal Obligations:
- We may retain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes

You can update your profile information in the App settings.

You can enable or disable location access in your device settings at any time.
